How to leverage the power of video to sell more real estate

Video is an incredible tool for marketing real estate properties. It can help you attract more buyers, and it can even help you sell the properties faster.


Video helps sellers get their message across in a way that is more engaging than just a listing description or even a slideshow. When buyers can see what they're getting into, they're more likely to be interested in making an offer. And when they know exactly what they're getting into, they're more likely to feel confident about their decision to make an offer—and that means they're less likely to walk away from the deal at the last minute before closing.


Video also helps with conversions: if your video shows off your property's best features and gives potential buyers a good idea of what it's like inside, then when people come by for an in-person visit, all of those details will be fresh in their minds (and hopefully make them want to buy!).



 

Video can be used to promote properties in all sorts of ways, including:


-A virtual tour that allows potential buyers to see a property from the comfort of their own home


-A video tour of the neighborhood, or of the neighborhood's schools, parks, and other amenities


-A walkthrough of a property's interior with commentary by the listing agent
